• Manage the Home Department and maximize all financial operations, provide exceptional customer service and quality assurance standards, as well as, achieve the sales and profit goals established for the department.
• Responsibilities include being familiar with products, coordinating sales, planning workflow, prioritizing tasks, monitoring vendors, maintaining records, achieving profit budgets, authorizing markdowns, greeting customers, assisting customers, packaging merchandise, training personnel, keeping inventory records, ordering supplies, receiving product, restocking, conducting inventories, maintaining in-stock position, and ensuring apparel inventory accuracy and controls.
