Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for overseeing all HR operations in Germany, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.
  • You will partner with senior leadership and ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies aligned with both local and global business objectives.
