The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets and reporting any changes in resident conditions promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care needs such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and ensuring their safety regarding pressure areas and skin breakdowns.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs like TPRs
Maintain strict patient confidentiality HIPAA
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Create warm and positive atmosphere for residents
Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Participate in regular shift nursing meetings
Assist with lifting turning and transporting residents
Key Requirements
Must possess a valid state Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant credential
