The role requires maintaining strict confidentiality of all protected health information while assisting with personal care, mobility, and meal services.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant status
Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Maintain resident confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
Report changes in resident condition immediately
