The position oversees a team of four staff responsible for all buildings, maintenance, repairs, and renovation projects for the Steve Troxler Agricultural Sciences Center and three veterinary laboratories.
Continuous operation is critical, requiring the manager to monitor, troubleshoot, and repair complex operating systems including chillers, boilers, HVAC, and incinerators.
The successful candidate must be able to arrive at the facility within 60 minutes and respond to building alerts after hours, on weekends, and holidays.
