Municipal infrastructure project management
Budgeting and scheduling oversight
Client and stakeholder liaison
Project administration and contract management
Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license
Knowledge of Central Texas City Standards
Nice-to-have
Proposal writing and job scoping
Experience with TxDOT and Austin mobility initiatives
Presentation skills to City Council and community groups
Strong communication with diverse stakeholders
Experience with urban and rural roadway projects
Key Requirements
BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 8 years relevant experience
Texas PE license
Preferably 10+ years managing municipal projects in Texas
Experience with municipal roadway projects
Ability to communicate with city staff and elected officials
