Job Summary

  • This role requires the selected candidate to lead Military Certification integration between KC-46 engineering teams, the customer, and regulatory agencies.
  • The candidate will be responsible for ensuring Military Flight Release (MFR) is obtained from the Air Force prior to Production Acceptance Testing (PAT) at the Military Delivery Center.
  • This position offers the ability to broaden knowledge of the KC-46, and its systems, across multiple engineering disciplines.

Salary

Lead level (Level 4): $141,100 - $190,900; Senior level (Level 5): $170,850 - $231,150; Benefits: Generally including health insurance, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems Safety, Systems Engineering, and/or Product Design
  • Experience with Military or Commercial aircraft design
  • Experience with regulatory agencies on Type Certification projects
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
