Vanguard is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for its Crew Compliance Technology team, responsible for leading technical design and development efforts while mentoring team members. Job Summary

  • Lead technical design and development efforts, making decisions and setting the standards for both custom developed applications as well as supporting vendor application data flow.
  • Mentor and develop team members to ensure the entire team is using modern, efficient and secure programming methods.
  • Lead the team by developing a deep, real-world understanding of the people who rely on our systems, through sit withs, hands-on observations, and close partnership.
