  • Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
  • Participate in Quality Assurance programs, Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and other facility committees to improve medication process accuracy and performance.
  • Maintain friendly and productive working relationships with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and report any medication errors or resident grievances promptly.
