Accurately and safely prepare, administer, and document medications ordered for resident use by attending physicians or the Medical Director.
Participate in Quality Assurance programs, Pharmaceutical Services Committee, and other facility committees to improve medication process accuracy and performance.
Maintain friendly and productive working relationships with nursing staff, physicians, pharmacists, and report any medication errors or resident grievances promptly.
