The position is responsible for the preparation and packaging of surgical instruments/equipment for sterilization utilizing principles of Standard Precautions and Principles of Event Related Sterility.
The role promotes individual professional growth by meeting continuing education and skills competency requirements and supports department-based goals contributing to organizational success.
