Ford of Canada is seeking a Production Control Specialist for its Windsor, ON location, responsible for managing production schedules, inventory, and logistics within the manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a background in production control or parts procurement, and proficiency in relevant software and data analysis

Job Summary

  • Responsible for scheduling and follow-up for all Coyote, D35 rods, Nano and WEP Godzilla machining departments.
  • Responsible for ensuring material is in the plant for production builds by analyzing inventory data and daily requirements including the maintenance of accurate inventory records in CMMS, resolving supplier part shortages and overages, disposition of damaged materials, and other duties as assigned.
  • Use Customer requirement data (releases) along with the weekly manufacturing plans to produce and distribute daily machining build schedules to meet customer requirements.
