Job Summary
This role is responsible for protecting the organization’s sensitive data which includes manufacturing data subject to ITAR, EAR, DFARS 252.204‑7012, CUI handling requirements.
You will be implementing, managing, and enhancing solutions related to data governance, data classification, insider risk, and regulatory compliance, focused on the expanded use of Varonis, Microsoft Purview, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA).
The expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $102,786 to $141,357, with this position qualifying for a discretionary performance-based bonus and including medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, and sick time.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field
Hands-on experience with Varonis
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Purview
Understanding of export control regulations (ITAR, EAR)
Experience designing and managing DLP policies
Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) concepts
Experience with identity and access management principles
Familiarity with cloud and hybrid environments
Ability to analyze logs, alerts, and user behavior
Working knowledge of ITAR, EAR, DFARS 252.204‑7012, CMMC, NIST 800‑171, and CUI handling requirements
