Job Summary

• The In-Flight Performance and Operations subdomain is responsible for modeling and evaluating aircraft operational performance, analyzing and simulating aircraft missions, and proposing technical and operational solutions to optimize aircraft design and flight operations.
• The On-Board Performance Applications team develops and delivers aircraft performance models and algorithms used by flight crews in the cockpit to optimize flights and enhance safety, such as Decision Help, Continuous Descent Approach, and Runway Overrun Protection System.
• The role requires collaboration with various teams including Low Speed & High Speed performance, Functions and Systems, and Test teams, and emphasizes a collaborative spirit, open discussion culture, and empowerment of teams.
