Job Summary

  • Responsible for supporting the Global Records and Information Management (RIM) Center of Excellence (CoE) in developing global standard operating procedures, as well as performing segment/function testing and monitoring of key controls.
  • Conduct annual risk assessments to identify Records and Information Management (RIM) process gaps at the Segment and Business Unit levels and provide timely recommendations on process improvements and control gaps.
