Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
This role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining a calm and positive environment.
