Job Summary

  • This role drives the deployment of training strategies, ensures harmonization, and advances a continuous improvement agenda, while overseeing the execution of activities aligned with local and franchise priorities and business needs.
  • The Senior Training Manager partners with site cross functional leaders and other key site stakeholders to develop and maintain training processes that ensure a continuous, high-quality, and reliable supply of products to the market.
  • Leads talent development and strategic workforce planning for assigned sites, ensuring current and future business needs are met through capability enhancement, skill development, and the integration of new competencies.
