Job Summary

• The Director of Revenue Integrity provides strategic leadership to ensure the department meets organizational goals, aligning revenue integrity, charge description master, and pricing strategies with the health system’s mission.
• This position provides strategic leadership for the Revenue Management department, which includes revenue integrity, pricing, and the chargemaster, ensuring compliance with governmental and payer regulations and driving revenue optimization.
• The role directs charge capture, reconciliation, pricing, and reimbursement practices; provides education, auditing, and monitoring; and partners with stakeholders to ensure compliant billing and coding for new and existing services.

• Master's degree in Business, Health Information Management, or related field
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, and/or COC required
• 10+ years in hospital health information, clinical coding, or revenue cycle management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current knowledge of industry regulations
