Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Conduct psychosocial evaluations using DSM criteria
  • Implement crisis plans for high-risk patients
  • Maintain current knowledge of behavioral health treatment modalities
  • Document assessments in medical record per standards
  • Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in fast-paced environment

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in emergency or crisis work settings
  • Prior experience with virtual or remote care delivery
  • Collaborative approach with ED teams and psychiatry providers
  • Ability to participate in policy development and evaluation

Key Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or MFT OR Associate's in Nursing
  • Full current licensure in applicable state (LCMHC, LCSW, LPA, LMFT, or RN)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
  • Must reside within 150 miles of Charlotte, NC virtual hub
  • Ability to travel to virtual hub if connectivity issues arise
