Identifies and implements continuous improvement changes within the laboratory, leading Tier I Activities and coordinating daily activities to ensure on-time, compliant testing.
Responds to and remediates audit observations, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of equipment and ensuring proper usage for compliant operation.

Base: $87,300.00 - $137,400.00; Bonus/Equity: eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive; Benefits: comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, vacation, sick days
