  • Be involved in hiring and onboarding processes for your team, manage team dynamics, and provide continuous, constructive feedback to help the team and direct reports grow.
  • Redesign engineering work shipping with autonomous agents, propose and operationalize agentic workflows, and build reusable agentic workflows and primitives.
