The position involves leading the facilitation of the Enterprise Risk Management process and acting as the primary point of contact for Corporate Audit and Assurance Services.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5-8 years compliance experience in pharma
Knowledge of local healthcare laws and APACMed
Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages
Experience with Enterprise Risk Management processes
Ability to localize global standards and policies
Nice-to-have
Experience in matrixed multicultural environments
Familiarity with digital tools like EmpowerBI
Certification in compliance or ethics (SCCE)
Background in audit and financial controls
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Law, or Business
Minimum 5-8 years experience in compliance or regulatory roles
Strong knowledge of anti-bribery regulations and PhRMA/EFPIA
