Job Summary

• The Head of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff will partner with the GC and Legal Leadership to define and execute long-term strategy, owning operational planning cycles to ensure cross-functional alignment.
• This role is responsible for managing the global Legal budget, forecasting, and accruals, while also leading the strategy for Legal-specific vendors, including outside counsel and legal tech providers.
• The position requires designing and owning the reporting framework for tracking departmental success, overseeing the development of automated dashboards that provide real-time progress against goals.
