Job Summary

  • The Key Account Technologists are the ASM product experts who support extensive customer and internal company contacts while driving the introduction of new products, product improvements, and product modifications.
  • Responsible for process application NPI (New Product Introduction), product improvements, and product modifications for key product unit (KPU) installed base.
  • Support highly engaged working relationship between KAT department, ASM’s customer account teams and customers’ engineers to ensure all customer needs and requirements are understood and addressed.
