Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with each resident's assessment and care plan.
  • Essential duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and oral care while measuring and recording vital signs.
  • Employees must follow infection control policies, maintain resident confidentiality under HIPAA regulations, and report any suspected abuse or neglect immediately.
