This role focuses on day-to-day performance management, merchant activation, optimization and coordination with internal teams to ensure efficient and profitable execution of the segment strategy.
The main tasks of this role will be the following: Commercial Execution, Operational Coordination, Performance Monitoring, and Process & Efficiency.
Joining a dynamic and agile company undergoing international expansion, working in start-up mode with the support of the Santander Group.
