Job Summary

  • The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing the kitchen for a multitude of tasks to include the day-to-day preparation of the meals within all of the F&B outlets and to continually uphold the standards in accordance with the Autograph Collection standards.
  • Responsibilities include basic vegetable prep, advanced sauce prep, butchering, general cleaning, dishwashing, line cooking, plating dishes, expediting, demonstration cooking, and assisting with banquet plate ups.
  • The role requires the ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, work long hours standing over hot stoves and grills, and work as a team in a stressful, fast-paced environment.
