Job Summary

  • The incumbent serves as the liaison and the reference point between the Business/ technical analyst and the IT vendors/developer/programmer in making sure the Business Requirements are clearly understood and translated to the functional requirements.
  • In addition to the above, liaise with the business users and the functional management to enhance the IT Application Systems architecture and overall alignment to the business needs.
  • To identify potential risks and to suggest mitigation action Maintains overall security of the data privacy and network to ensure proper compliance in place.
