Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Two years healthcare or nutrition experience
Valid California Food Handler Card or ServSafe
Knowledge of therapeutic and modified diets
Familiarity with Title 22 ADHC regulations
Ability to lift up to 25lbs
Nice-to-have
CPR and First Aid certification
Coursework in nutrition or food science
Cultural sensitivity for dietary needs
Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration
Key Requirements
