Must-have
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering
10+ years HVDC or FACTS design experience
Expertise in high-voltage equipment and insulation coordination
Knowledge of IEC, IEEE, EN grid codes
Experience with civil and control discipline interfaces

Familiarity with BIM workflows and digital twin concepts
