The Program Coordinator provides leadership and day-to-day management of IRC's programs implementation in Colombia under the supervision of the DDP.
This role serves as the focal point for coordinators from Health, Women Protection and Empowerment, Child Protection, Education, and Economic Recovery sectors.
The incumbent is responsible for direct supervision of field office leaders, ensuring performance objectives are met and staff well-being is promoted.
