Job Summary
The primary responsibility of the Expeditor – Guest Services is to dispatch guests’ requests quickly and efficiently to the appropriate department contact.
The Expeditor acts as a liaison between Housekeeping and Front Office staff to ensure accurate updating of the guest’s suite status.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Must-have
Dispatch guest requests efficiently
Coordinate between Housekeeping and Front Office
Use hotel management systems (LMS, HotSOS)
Handle guest inquiries and requests
Maintain professional appearance and conduct
Work varied shifts including nights and weekends
Lift or carry minimum 25 pounds unassisted
Nice-to-have
Strong interpersonal communication
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of local attractions and hotel services
Maintain clean and organized work station
Positive attitude toward work
Key Requirements
21 years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 1 year customer-facing experience
Basic computer skills
Valid Nevada Driver's License and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card
Authorization to work in the United States
Ability to communicate clearly in English
