Job Summary

  • The primary responsibility of the Expeditor – Guest Services is to dispatch guests’ requests quickly and efficiently to the appropriate department contact.
  • The Expeditor acts as a liaison between Housekeeping and Front Office staff to ensure accurate updating of the guest’s suite status.
  • All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and The Venetian Resort’s policies, practices, and procedures.

Key Requirements

  • 21 years of age
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year customer-facing experience
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid Nevada Driver's License and Alcohol Awareness (TAM) card
  • Authorization to work in the United States
  • Ability to communicate clearly in English
