Job Summary
The Physical Therapist works as a member of an interdisciplinary team to provide evidence-based best practice evaluation and therapy techniques for the birth to 5 population.
Responsibilities include providing gross motor assessment and treatment, evaluating to determine muscle tone, reflexes, strength, balance, and range of motion, and documenting services provided.
