The Director, Strategic Accounts Sales is responsible for developing and executing enterprise-level growth strategies across Galderma’s Aesthetic portfolio within a defined set of high-value, strategic accounts.
Key responsibilities include leading high-volume, complex contract negotiations, owning executive-level stakeholder relationships, and partnering cross-functionally to structure compliant and profitable agreements.

Key Requirements
12+ years progressive sales experience
Bachelor's degree required
MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred
Experience with private equity-backed healthcare organizations
