Job Summary
Dispatches personnel to the scene of alarms, crimes in progress, or events at local and distant Yale University properties.
Monitors alarms, CCTV, answers telephones, handles radio dispatch, grants & denies access, and notifies appropriate personnel of emergency and non-emergency situations.
Conducts interior/exterior security inspections of university galleries, libraries, storage, and support facilities.

Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent and four years of experience in security, law enforcement, military police, or customer service; OR Associate’s degree and two years of experience.
