Job Summary

  • The APP provides comprehensive care on the inpatient Trauma service, performing complete history & physicals and serving as the first responder for patient status changes.
  • The APP collaborates with the interdisciplinary health care team in making diagnoses and formulating plans of care, utilizing evidenced based practice guidelines.
  • The individual will be required to meet Pennsylvania State Trauma Foundation (PTSF) standards, including ATLS certification, and participate in performance improvement and trauma educational meetings.
