Job Summary

  • Lead a team of high performing risk management professionals charged with managing Change Governance, Control Evaluation, Issues & Events, Audits & Exams, and Access Management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of business strategies, products, services, and risk profile; identify and assess the impact of the changing regulatory environment on business objectives and risk appetite.
  • Hybrid associates work in-office three days per week, Tuesday through Thursday, with Mondays and Fridays as enterprise-wide virtual work days.

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 3 years of experience in Financial Services or Risk Management
  • At least 3 years of experience in project, process, or program management
  • At least 2 years of experience in People Management
  • Bachelors, Masters Degree, JD, or MBA
  • 7+ years experience in Financial Services or Risk Management
  • 5+ years of experience supporting internal business clients
  • 5+ years of experience leading cross functional teams
  • 5+ years of experience in People Management
  • Risk Certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIPP, ABA Risk Management Certification)
  • PMP Certification or Masters Certificate of Project Management (CPM)
