Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
8+ years engineering experience
Electromechanical valve and actuator expertise
New product development leadership
CAD software proficiency (SolidWorks/NX)
Nice-to-have
Strong oral and written communication skills
Familiarity with LEAN methodology principles
Experience with tollgate process management
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree from accredited university
Minimum 8 years of engineering experience
US Person status required for export control
Knowledge of DO-160 testing and FAR certification
AS9100 familiarity
