Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Chartered status (RICS, SCSI, or equivalent)
6-10 years experience in cost management
Minimum 5 years office fit-out cost management
Strong understanding of Irish construction procurement
Experience managing projects valued €2M+
Proficiency in cost management software and Microsoft Office
Nice-to-have
Experience in base build/shell & core cost management
Existing relationships within Irish development community
Knowledge of sustainable construction practices
Experience mentoring junior professionals
Understanding of integrated project delivery
Experience working within major consultancy environment
