Job Summary

  • The Lease Coordinator will provide support for commercial filming contracts, lease file digitization, lease processing, general lease coordination, administrative tasks, and special project support for the Leasing department.
  • Responsibilities include responding to all commercial filming and lease-related inquiries, coordinating communication with internal and external stakeholders, preparing listings and FAQ documents, conducting space showings, gathering and reviewing prospective tenant information, drafting leases and verifying data with the Finance department, maintaining databases and files, and supporting the Senior Lease Administrator and Leasing Manager in all leasing and commercial filming activities related to Granville Island.

Key Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in administration, legal administrative studies, or property management licensing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lease administration/coordination
  • Experience as a legal or executive assistant
  • Working knowledge of lease agreements and filming contracts
  • Flexibility to support operational needs
