Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10 years' experience in plan review, building code compliance, or engineering design
  • 3 years' experience in a supervisory or leadership role
  • Multiple ICC Certifications including Certified Building Plans Examiner
  • Current PE California License required
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
