Job Summary

  • Support Information Management/Digital functions related to service desk performance, user training, digital projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in reducing SmartSheet use cases by migrating to approved Airbus Apps and supporting users in transitioning to GSuite tools.
  • Work with the Information Management team on Service Desk performance metrics, MES rollout, and various digital programs and initiatives.
