Job Summary
Support Information Management/Digital functions related to service desk performance, user training, digital projects, and digital transformation initiatives.
Assist in reducing SmartSheet use cases by migrating to approved Airbus Apps and supporting users in transitioning to GSuite tools.
Work with the Information Management team on Service Desk performance metrics, MES rollout, and various digital programs and initiatives.
