  • Manage the people plan, talent development and succession planning including the identification of high-potential employees, provision of mentorship and guidance, and support to leadership development and diversity initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business and senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements, acting as a liaison between different business units and functions.
