You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in quality assurance programs, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
The role involves direct nursing care, staff development, safety and sanitation oversight, equipment management, and participation in care plan development and facility committees.
