Job Summary
This role serves as the primary architect for set design and production quality, ensuring a professional and cohesive aesthetic across the entire Success Academy network.
The incumbent will balance high-level network strategy with hands-on instruction, teaching Stagecraft courses and managing Technical Theatre Clubs at High School locations.
Candidates must be physically capable of lifting heavy scenic elements, climbing ladders, and working extended hours during peak festival windows in March and April.
