Base: 240,000 USD - 315,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Annual bonus plan or uncapped sales incentive plan; Benefits: Generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200, stock purchase discount

Must-have
10-15 years technology leadership experience
Lead global team of 250+ engineers
Expertise in AI, ML, NLP technologies
Experience with scalable content delivery systems
Deep knowledge of personalization engines
Proven track record in consumer web space

Familiarity with video streaming workflows
