  • Essential duties include receiving and following instructions from supervisors, performing focused patient interviews, assessing changes in patient condition, and planning for outcomes of care.
  • The position requires adherence to facility policies, emergency procedures, safety protocols, and maintaining the confidentiality of resident care information.
