Job Summary

  • The Project Manager plays a critical role in leading and managing key initiatives across the organization.
  • By collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and subject matter experts, the Project Manager aligns project objectives with strategic goals, optimizes financial outcomes, and contributes significantly to the overall success of the organization’s project portfolio.
  • The Project Manager operates within the finance / PMO department of the organization, working closely with finance, product, actuarial, operation teams, project teams, executive management, and external vendors or partners.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science/IT/Business or any related discipline
  • Minimum six (6) years working experience
  • Minimum five (5) years industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Project Manager in Insurance / Financial Industry
  • Experience managing large to complex size projects (project value with RM2-3 million or above)
  • PMP/ Prince 2 certified is preferred
