Job Summary

  • The Assistant Director of Care (ADOC) is a highly skilled leader who contributes to Extendicare’s purpose of Helping People Live Better by supporting and leading a high-performing team dedicated to delivering safe, high-quality, and compassionate care to all residents.
  • In collaboration with the Director of Care, the ADOC manages assigned program areas, identifies risk and mitigation strategies, and monitors compliance with all regulations, licensing requirements, accreditation standards, and labour and employment standards.
