Base: $90,000 annually; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for incentive compensation; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, wellness programs
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
5+ years B2B or life science sales experience
Valid driver's license required
Proven track record in healthcare sales
Ability to travel within assigned territory
Experience with insulin pumps and CGMs
Nice-to-have
Strong network of endocrinologists and PCPs
Bachelor's degree preferred
Strategic thinker with analytical skills
Collaborative team-oriented mindset
Consultative selling approach
Key Requirements
Minimum Associate degree
5+ years of sales experience
Valid driver's license
Must reside within assigned territory
Experience in healthcare or medical device industry
