  • The Support and Operations team is responsible for delivering exceptional ticketing service to clients (Venue & Promoter) through effective management of client requirements, working collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • The Client Manager must maintain and nurture client relationships, ensuring they receive optimum benefits from Ticketmaster technology and marketing initiatives, while meeting and exceeding service level agreements.
  • This role involves developing ticketing strategies, managing client box offices, coordinating event logistics including financial arrangements, and supporting new product developments and system upgrades.
